Fueguia is looking for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our gallery. As a brand ambassador, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that reflects Fueguia’s brand values.Build and maintain lasting client relationships through attentive presence on the shop floor and engaging storytelling.Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and stock replenishment.Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by applying effective and engaging sales techniques.Ensure the store’s visual presentation consistently aligns with brand guidelines.ProfileMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury or high-end retail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.High professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability.A passion for culture, fragrance, and craftsmanship is a plus.Languages RequiredFluent in Italian and English (required).Knowledge of Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus.Contract TypeFull-Time, Fixed-TermWork ScheduleMonday to Sunday, with rotating shifts.Availability on weekends required.WorkplaceIn-person at our gallery store.
