Fler is on a full-time mission to reshape the way consumer goods are perceived with the customer and the experience in focus. We are an innovative and fast-growing beauty tech brand that wants to innovate the shaving and body-care industry and that loves to break today’s standards.


We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to lead and grow our key retail partnerships across the Italian market. This role combines commercial ownership and trade marketing strategy, ensuring both the expansion and the high-quality management of our retail distribution.


You will be responsible for managing and scaling our key accounts across specialty, drugstore/pharmacy and perfumery channels, strengthening long-term partnerships while driving performance and brand visibility in-store.


This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys blending negotiation, analytics, strategy and hands-on execution.


Compiti

What you’ll do:



* Own and grow Fler’s key accounts in Italy, managing commercial performance, relationship with buyers and long-term partnership development. You will lead negotiations, define annual agreements and drive joint business planning processes aligned with revenue, margin and visibility objectives.

* Drive strategic expansion within existing accounts, identifying opportunities for assortment growth, improved shelf positioning, secondary placements and increased promotional exposure, while ensuring profitability and brand consistency.

* Identify and onboard new retail partners, developing compelling commercial proposals tailored to specialty, pharmacy/drugstore and perfumery channels. You will manage the onboarding process end-to-end, from negotiation to operational setup.

* Define and execute trade marketing strategies per account, including promotional calendars, visibility plans and in-store activation programs.

* Oversee in-store performance, coordinating materials, displays and promotional animations. Through regular store visits, you will monitor merchandising compliance, collect qualitative feedback and ensure strong brand representation at shelf.

* Own performance monitoring and forecasting, analyzing sell-in and sell-out data, stock levels, rotation and promotional uplift. You will translate numbers into insights, preparing structured monthly reports and forecasts while proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities.

* Manage trade investments with an ROI-driven mindset, ensuring promotional activities and trade spend generate measurable impact and contribute to sustainable account growth.

* Lead and coordinate field sales team, ensuring alignment on commercial priorities, in-store execution standards and performance targets across territories.


Requisiti

* 2+ years of working experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Trade Marketing within FMCG, beauty or personal care

* Preferred experience managing national accounts in specialty, drugstore/pharmacy or perfumery channels

* Solid understanding of retail calendars, promotional mechanics and trade marketing levers

* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and analyze sales data effectively

* Structured, hands-on mindset with the ability to combine strategy and execution

* Clear and effective communication skills: you mean what you say and say what you mean

* A hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines

* A proactive and collaborative approach – you love working with people and people love working with you

* An advocate and ambassador for Fler’s core values

* Fluent Italian and English writing and speaking skills
