Your Responsibilities
* Processing technical-economic customer enquiries
* Tracking and monitoring whether forecasts are converted into orders on time
* Periodic control of adherence to delivery dates
* Administrative and technical support to customers and project managers
* Maintaining customer relations (including on-site visits with customers)
* Processing and following up complaints
Your Qualifications & Skills
* Degree or training in the sales field
* Previous working experience in similar positions
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Organisational skills, autonomy and analytical thinking
* Excellent knowledge English, Italian and German
