Your MissionIn this role, you will be responsible for overall delivery of immigration services to wide range of clients across Italy.
What you will doLook after all immigration formalities for Non-EU Nationals such as work and family permits, residence permits etc,Build good relationships with a variety of clientsCorrect and consistent execution of client's instructions and directionsBe the first point of contact for assigneesIf service delivery is outsourced, coordinates and supports external consultantsDeliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction
What you will bring to the roleLive in Milano or in the surrounding areaDriver's License with own carA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer-oriented positionStrong knowledge of Italian immigration procedure and working with local governmental officesFluent in Italian and have very good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher), other languages are a plusProactive and flexible approach, positive attitude, cultural awareness and ability to make decisions independentlyProblem solving skills and empathic approach
