Compass Group Italia SpA, the Italian division of Compass Group PLC, a global leader in food services with over £40 billion in annual revenue, is seeking a Key Account Manager dedicated to the retention process, managing and retaining key international clients for Milan HeadQuarters.
The Retention Manager will act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring integrated management of people, facilities, and processes, and translating client needs into concrete and efficient solutions.
Maintaining a constant and proactive relationship with clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and high-quality service delivery;
Managing retention processes during contract renewal phases;
Overseeing financial and contractual aspects, monitoring costs, margins, and performance, and ensuring compliance with agreements and corporate standards;
Monitoring KPIs and preparing periodic reports, supporting decision-making processes through data analysis;
Solid experience in the contract catering / foodservice industry;
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken);
Good proficiency in management systems and digital tools;
Strong results orientation, with solid financial analysis skills and ability to interpret data;
Willingness to travel.
