Main activities The role, specifically, will have the following responsibilities: define, in agreement with the CEO, the strategy and positioning of the brand; define the operational actions to achieve the business plan objectives guide the team to achieve the objectives defined in the business plan; manage, in agreement with the CEO, the marketing and communication investment plan relating to all channels; define, in coordination with the sales team and the licensee, the positioning of the brand, the segmentation of the product ranges, the distribution strategy; guarantee the strategic and operational coordination of the sales team and the licensee; monitor the economic and financial results of the brand inconsistency with the budget forecast. Requirements Fundamentals/Must haves Degree preferably in Marketing; Many years of experience gained in the role of Brand Manager in modernly organized contexts, preferably in the sportswear, footwear and accessories sectors; Experience in sales preferred; Ability to communicate and manage a team with consolidated experience; Management skills to monitor the brand's results both with respect to budget, forecast and business plan and for margin analyses; Knowledge of the ROI index and its evaluation; Fluency in English; Preferential/Nice to have Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, proactivity, dynamism and creativity.
