PbPosition based in Palermo or Catania (full remote) /b /ppLibon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card. /ppIt offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€ and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in +160 countries. /ppLibon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan… /ppThese offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks : telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, convenience stores, etc. /ppBeyond the distribution of Libon offers, it seems necessary to better communicate, animate and federate the communities around the application. /ppbRESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppThe scope concerns the growth of Libon’s turnover in Italy through actions on the field. The adjustment of offers and promotions for their physical distribution, as well as the communication and animation of communities of sellers and buyers around the application. /ppIn B2B, at points of sale that sell our Scratchcards / Epins. /ppIn B2C, direct interaction with application users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.). /ppbMarket analysis : /b /pulliDefine its prospecting area, hot spots and its priorities to develop Libon’s sales volumes /liliEnsure a competitive and technological watch /liliIdentify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical areas of deployment /liliHunting and commercial prospecting /liliIdentify lead-generating contacts and study the need for community customers /liliTest the different distribution networks and different customer promotion logic /liliImplementation of the Trade marketing plan decided by the management /liliBe creative / force of proposals to make Libon even more visible and known to points of sale and diasporas /liliImplementation of the POS in the points of sale to ensure minimum visibility of the product in the partner networks /liliList the points of sale that offer Libon products /li /ulpbWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /b /pulli2 years of experience in field sales and operational marketing / Trade marketing / community distribution in Sicily would be a plus /liliHave a talent for negotiation and a strong appetite for acquiring new customers /liliGood knowledge of the diasporas and their consumption habits in the area /liliGood knowledge of Excel and numbers in general. /liliBe voluntary, dynamic and enthusiastic /liliGood interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal Libon / external Networks /liliEnglish and French(intermediate level) and a 3rd African language like wolof are mandatory for the position. /liliDriver’s license mandatory /li /ulpJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
