Following rapid expansion in Italy, they are now launching operations across Europe and are hiring their first Business Development Manager for the German market.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for enterprise clients in your native market (Germany). You will identify prospects, run consultative sales conversations, lead demos, negotiate contracts, and contribute to building the local go‑to‑market strategy. This is a high‑impact role where your work will directly influence international expansion.
What You Will Do
* Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing.
* Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the German enterprise market.
* Build strong relationships with senior decision‑makers in finance, operations, procurement, and compliance.
* Collaborate with product and marketing to adapt messaging for local needs.
* Represent the company at industry events and online channels within the FinTech and financial‑compliance ecosystem.
Requirements
* Native German speaker.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Milan.
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or similar (full‑cycle ownership is essential).
* Strong background in FinTech, financial services, SaaS, electronic invoicing, or open banking.
* Proven track record of closing enterprise‑level deals.
* Comfortable in a fast‑scaling start‑up environment where autonomy and initiative are key.
