PpStryker is seeking an experienced bSenior Product Manager, Trauma /b to lead product marketing activities for the Trauma portfolio in Italy. This is a senior, standalone role with full responsibility for translating global marketing strategy into effective local execution, working closely with commercial and cross‑functional teams. /p pThis position offers the opportunity to operate at both a bstrategic and hands‑on level /b, shaping go‑to‑market strategies, supporting key product launches, and partnering closely with sales and clinical stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. /p pTrauma: /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Local Marketing Strategy Execution /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a localized marketing strategy aligned with the global direction to drive market penetration and strong product positioning. /li liDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and continuously improve marketing impact. /li /ul h3Annual Marketing Planning Commercialization /h3 ul liLead the development and execution of the local Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) in alignment with global priorities. /li liDrive new product launches and commercialization initiatives in close collaboration with sales and business unit leadership. /li /ul h3Market Insights Competitive Intelligence /h3 ul liContinuously gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity. /li liShare insights across the organization to inform strategy, refine positioning, and support product development decisions. /li /ul h3Business Performance Management /h3 ul liMonitor business performance and key metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. /li liProvide clear, data‑driven recommendations to support growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Customer, Sales Clinical Engagement /h3 ul liPartner closely with the sales organization, including regular field travel, to support customers and identify business opportunities. /li liEngage with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders to build strong, long‑term relationships. /li liSupport customer events, tenders, and sales initiatives as needed. /li /ul h3Medical Education Events /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the local medical education strategy in collaboration with internal teams. /li liAdapt global marketing and educational materials to meet local market needs and regulatory requirements. /li liParticipate in congresses, industry events, and conferences to stay close to market trends and innovations. /li /ul h3Product Expertise Training /h3 ul liAct as a subject matter expert for the Trauma portfolio. /li liDeliver product training to sales teams and customers, providing clinical and technical support where required. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with sales, marketing, brand, supply chain, and European teams to ensure aligned execution. /li liSupport internal communication initiatives and knowledge sharing across the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). /li li6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing role (medical devices strongly preferred). /li liProven track record in: ul liDeveloping and executing successful marketing strategies /li liSupporting new product launches /li liDriving profitable growth at local or regional level /li /ul /li liStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. /li liComfortable influencing without direct authority in a matrix organization. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel. /li liFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage. /li liHigh ethical standards and strong cultural awareness. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liLocation: Italy (ideally near Rome; flexibility possible) /li liTravel: Approximately 50% /li liGrade: 12 /li liPeople Management: No direct reports /li /ul h3Why Join Stryker? /h3 pStryker is a global leader in Trauma, offering a dynamic and innovative environment with strong clinical exposure, continuous learning, and exciting product launches.
