The Loro Piana Flagship Store Manager is a High End luxury industry professional, who has the ability to develop the business according to the set targets, fully represent Loro Piana Brand Image and develop customers brand loyalty, particularly within Top Clients and VIPs. She or He leads a team of 35/40 staff, including Department Managers, Operation Manager, Runners and In-store visual. The role requires a well-developed business acumen combined, proven leadership skills in complex settings and the ability to become a credible brand ambassador. Sales and Business Development - Optimizes global sales performance always raising the bar of the customer service standards, working for the continuous development of the staff product knowledge and selling skills - Monitors constantly the staff sales performance through the KPIs model, establishing and implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Country Manager - Reflects the Loro Piana’s corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned to the Brand’ s DNA Client Management and CRM - Operate like a perfect “padrone di casa”, making clients, especially VIC, feeling welcome and at home, ensures high levels of client satisfaction - Drives the team to deliver the highest degree of customer service by playing an active role on the sales floor, coaching the team members - Ensure all the Clienteling Campaigns and activities are done, work with the Sales Team on the strategy, coach them and deliver feedbacks - Work on TOP15 Local Clients and ensure that the Store archive the conversion target Team Management - Lead and develop the managerial team of the store, ensuring the required actions are taken place according to guidelines and directions - Supports the Country Manager in the Store Staff scouting and selection process - Ensures professional growth and training of the staff, by constantly stimulating them to be up-to-date in the luxury industry - Sets-up and runs systematically morning/weekly and/or monthly meeting in order Visual - Oversees Visual Merchandising practices and standards ensuring that the Store image and product care are in line with the corporate visual merchandising guidelines, and that the Staff is aware of this standard - Ensures that the Store windows and displays are always in good order and maintained strictly complying with the Company directions - Constantly monitors sales performance and promptly informs the Visual merchandiser, the Buyer and the Country Manager about slow movers in order to set-up specific visual fitting and increase sales Operations & Procedures - Is familiar with all company Store operations procedures, oversees and delegates their correct execution - Guide the Operation Team in the optimization the store operation - Makes sure that security procedures are correctly applied - Ensure the proper management of all the administrative and accounting responsibilities Stockroom - Monitors stocks, making sure that they are in line with the Store’s sales potential and reports to the Area Manager and to the Buying Function accordingly - Optimizes stockroom management in order to make sure that products are stored as efficiently as possible in terms of sales - Manages stock-takes activities and he/she is responsible for the results Corporate stakeholders - Deal with most important stakeholders in person, and organize the flow of other corporate stakeholders Profile: - Relevant previous work experience in a Flagship Luxury Boutique - Aligned with the Brand identity, detail oriented, with strong coaching, communication, leadership and management skills - Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand - Deep knowledge of the clothing and luxury history - Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred - Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
