About the Role
My client is looking for a motivated individual, to develop and lead the strategic key accounts, with a direct focus on the retail and consumer goods sectors.
This opportunity will focus on driving strategic sales growth, developing and maintaining existing client relationships as well as utilising and coordinating the portfolio of accounts across multiple regions.
With the overall aim of driving growth and revenue opportunities, establishing global collaboration and overseeing the continued delivery of services.
Responsibilities
* Strategically drive sales across the testing, inspection, certification and auditing services with both existing and new accounts across the retail and consumer goods sectors.
* Develop and foster relationships, expanding account relationships and opportunities to develop each account with the delivery of cross selling and up-selling opportunities.
* Oversee and monitor sales growth and performance.
* Use CRM systems to maintain sales records and develop accurate sales forecasts.
* Establish and review client satisfaction, reviewing feedback and implementing initiatives to drive improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience of key account management in the retail and consumer goods sectors within the wider TIC markets.
* Minimum of 3+ years of key account management experience in the TIC sector.
* Knowledge of the retail and consumer goods sectors.
* Ability to use CRM systems.
* Valid driving licence.
* Ability to travel both regionally and internationally when required.
