You will be responsible for developing new accounts across Europe in the assigned territory/portfolio, with a primary focus on the water systems, drinking water, plumbing products and other related fields. The position involves selling the full suite of UL's services through proactive prospecting and direct sales to penetrate untapped markets. Develop and execute sales strategies to aggressively acquire new accounts and achieve revenue targets. Drive growth by selling services with a "hunter" approach, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-potential clients within the sector. Generate new leads through market research, networking at industry, cold-calling, and referrals. Demonstrate a strong understanding of key market drivers, as well as relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks that impact the Water Industry. This knowledge will enable you to effectively position UL's services and address the evolving needs of clients in a highly regulated industry. Identify new market opportunities and client needs to expand business penetration. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service offerings align with client requirements. Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in selling Testing, Inspection & Certification services in Water Systems segment would be nice to have. Open-minded, commercial person who enjoys traveling and is eager to learn. Business acumen, flexibility and ability to bring new ideas and solutions. Self-motivated, fast learner and result driven personality. Strong command of English is a must.
