RECRUITMENT CONTEXT :
To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Central Region, with a specific focus on Florence and surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for :
Growing the Client Portfolio :
* Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across central Italy, particularly in Florence and neighboring regions .
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).
Selling the Company’s Solutions :
* Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
* Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
* Close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborating with Internal Teams :
* Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.
Representing the Company at Industry Events :
* Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.
PROFILE SOUGHT :
* Desired experience : 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
* Languages : Fluent in Italian and proficient in English .
* Sales Expertise : Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.
* Industry Knowledge : Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage.
* Personal Qualities : Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
SALARY AND BENEFITS :
* Salary : €40,000 fixed per year +10% variable based on total sales generated.
