Responsibilities
* Responsibilities include:
Incident Handling
* Support projects during major incidents (e.g. hacking/security incidents, collapse of CEX, etc)
* Identify root cause and assess impact of incident on Binance and Projects
* Work with internal BUs and external project to minimize impact
Research and Risk Management
* Conduct review on performance of listed tokens
* Understand quantitative and qualitative metrics use in reviewing tokens – e.g. product adoption metrics, on-chain metrics, project development, community sentiments, etc
* Identify risks associated with tokens
* Recommend and implement measures on based on risks associated with token
* Evaluate requests from listed projects (rebrand, mainnet integration, swap, etc)
* Write concise reports on risks identified, requests and incidents
* Drive initiatives to improve risk detection and risk mitigation
Operations
* Onboard new listings (e.g. gather key info, prepare for trading)
* Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests by listed tokens (e.g. airdrop, cross chain swap, old to new swap, etc)
* Optimize process/SOP
Requirements
* 5-9 years of proven success (research or consulting experience is relevant)
* Critical thinker and able to grasp key principles & identify root causes
* Analytical and structured
* Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation
* Good crypto knowledge
* Driven, self-starter and able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
