As Product Marketing Manager – Remuneration, you will own the go-to-market for Qonto's investment products – from positioning and launch to adoption across European markets. This role is about making investment accessible and obvious for our customers – positioning products correctly, communicating their value across markets, and connecting the dots as the offering grows.
Responsibilities
* Lead the launch of the next investment products across multiple markets, owning the full go-to-market plan and execution.
* Build a scalable investment GTM playbook to move from 1 product to a multi-product suite (positioning, messaging, packaging, channel plan, enablement, measurement).
* Create and ship marketing & enablement assets (sales/CS enablement, lifecycle comms, website content, launch materials) in partnership with design, communications and channel experts.
* Run discovery & insights (customer interviews, competitor analysis, market insights) to influence prioritisation and narrative.
* Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Markets, and PMM org; make decisions and move fast with high ownership.

* A preference for candidates who are proactive with AI tools while keeping critical thinking and strong decision‑making.
Qualifications
* Proven Product Marketing / GTM experience for investment / savings / trading / wealth products.
* Comfortable with financial products such as deposits, ETFs, crypto, trading/stocks; ideally from fintech / tech‑based companies.
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive execution across Product, Design, Growth, etc.
* High ownership, decisive, and able to move forward with ambiguity.
* Proactive with AI/tools to increase output, while maintaining critical thinking.
