PRESALE ENGINEER CYBER SECURITY
Main Responsibilities:
* Delivering presentations, demonstrations, training, consultation and sales support services to prospective and current clients
* Working closely with sales team to propose and identify solutions to address customers’ requests
* Work with Sales to provide a timely response for technical RFI/RFP questions
* Liaising with Sales team developing products/services according to the market insights/needs
* Explore/qualify new opportunity/leads according to the markets/customers insights
* Build/enhance relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities
* In-depth knowledge of computer science and cybersecurity issues
* Broad, several years of specialist know-how in the field of cyber security
* Proven success in presales and/or consulting in the area of cyber security
* In-depth knowledge of the security monitoring tools (e.g. QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) and security platform (EDR, NDR, email protection, SASE, etc.)
* Proven experience of a Consultative Selling approach in a customer facing role
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, security professionals, and C-level executives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
* Solid expertise about IT/Cyber Security topics
* Solid attitude to work/resource organization and time-attention
* Goal-oriented attitude
* Team-working oriented
* Ability to work closely and collaboratively with different team members
* Experienced in Market research and Product development
* Influencing and negotiation skills
