PpbThis Hybrid role has weekly on-site expectations in our Berlin office. Relocation support is available for EU citizens or candidates who currently hold a valid EU work permit depending on qualifications /b /p pFormlabs is looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as we build an amazing sales team and bring groundbreaking professional 3D printers to designers, engineers, factory floors, and medical institutions worldwide. Join us as a bTechnical Sales Executive /b supporting customers in the EMEA region from our Berlin office. You will respond quickly to prospective customers, create and utilize outreach strategies, and identify and close sales opportunities. You will work on inbound leads—no cold calling. /p pbFor adventurous people: /b this role presents an opportunity to transfer permanently or rotate temporarily in the US (Boston, Milwaukee). /p pbCompensation: /b 60,000 – 120,000 EUR annual OTE (on‑target earnings) – includes an uncapped sales bonus and equity in the form of RSUs. By climbing our career ladder, you can reach a six‑figure salary after a couple of years. /p h3In this role you will: /h3 ul libImmediately benefit from state‑of‑the‑art training sessions: /b Our comprehensive onboarding covers essential skills in 3D printing engineering, problem‑solving, and specialized sales coaching, ensuring you are equipped for success from day one. /li libDrive and manage complex sales processes: /b Oversee the full end‑to‑end (E2E) sales cycle from lead inquiry to deal closure with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions. /li libDevelop and engage with qualified leads: /b Identify and engage with B2B clients seeking advanced technological and technical products, nurturing leads and moving them efficiently through the sales pipeline. /li libCoordinate with technical teams: /b Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions. /li libConsult on advanced engineering solutions: /b Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through sophisticated engineering and technology‑based solutions that align with their business needs. /li /ul h3About You: /h3 ul libLanguage requirements: /b C1 or better fluency in Italian AND English is required; additional European languages are a plus. /li libFinished higher education: /b Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business‑ or STEM‑related field. /li libExperience in B2B sales: /b 0–5 years of end‑to‑end B2B sales experience, preferably within the technology, engineering, or similar sectors. /li libTechnical expertise: /b A strong background in selling advanced technical or technological products, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles. /li libE2E sales knowledge: /b Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final deal closure with a focus on technical solutions. /li libStrong communication skills: /b Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. /li /ul h3We Offer: /h3 ul liHybrid work /li liAn inclusive dog‑friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleagues /li liShares in the company (we’re a double‑unicorn company!) /li liIn‑office catering 3x per week plus daily free beverages and snacks /li liMonthly €50 mobility subsidy (incl.
