Job Opportunity: Vice Store Manager
Adecco Italia Spa, Ravenna branch, is seeking a Vice Store Manager for a prominent chain of traditional fast food restaurants.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize kitchen and dining area activities.
Handle administrative and managerial tasks (orders, inventories, fiscal closures, deposits).
Monitor raw material supplies, prepare orders and productions.
Coordinate the team, manage workstations, enhance skills, and schedule shifts.
Oversee the selection, training, and development of team members.
Requirements:
Experience in organized catering, especially in roles like assistant, deputy manager, or team leader.
Good knowledge of store procedures and administrative activities.
Previous hands-on experience in dining, cashiering, and kitchen operations.
