A global leader in industrial cooling and HVAC solutions is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to accelerate growth across the EMENA region.

This high-impact role is ideal for a dynamic professional ready to take the next step in their career—someone with a strong sales background, deep knowledge of technical products or systems, and a passion for developing long-term customer partnerships.

Your Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take charge of sales activities within your assigned region—expanding market presence, cultivating key partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.

You will:

* Manage and grow sales within designated territories
* Strengthen market positioning and brand recognition across the region
* Identify new business opportunities and develop channel strategies
* Build relationships with key consultants, engineering firms, and end-users
* Lead negotiations and secure major industrial projects
* Implement pricing, product, and competitive positioning strategies
* Monitor sales performance and report progress through CRM tools
* Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to align objectives

What We're Looking For

Background & Experience

* Around 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or process cooling
* Proven track record managing regional or channel sales networks
* Comfortable with complex project cycles and negotiation processes

Skills & Attributes

* Excellent communication and commercial acumen
* Strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills
* Technical curiosity and ability to engage engineering stakeholders
* Advanced proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
* Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Performance Indicators

* Achievement of sales targets and market share growth
* Strength of customer and dealer relationships
* Effective execution of strategic initiatives
