The store is open Monday–Saturday with standard shop hours.Responsibilities
Drive Growth & Sales: Engage every customer who walks in — educate, build trust, and close the sale. Hit and exceed sales targets by generating repeat business, referrals, and local excitement. Spot opportunities for growth and take action.Own the Customer Experience: Act as the in-store crypto expert and trusted guide. Deliver a smooth, friendly, and transparent experience every time. Build long-term relationships that create loyal, returning customers. Provide remote customer support (phone, chat, ticketing) when needed. Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience and optimize service processes.Operate with Excellence: Handle compliant and accurate transactions with care and precision. Keep the store running smoothly, organized, and visually sharp; take responsibility for opening, closing, and maintaining the store's presentation and standards. Maintain logs of leads, follow‐ups, customer interactions, and sales activity. Carry out back‐office activities: data entry, updating records, handling requests.Build Community: Represent CoinFlip at local events, meetups, and community activities. Help establish CoinFlip as a trusted name in the Milan crypto ecosystem. Share on‐the‐ground insights to help drive strategy and growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales motivation and a clear commercial mindset.Mandatory knowledge of the crypto world: personal use or familiarity with wallets, exchanges, tokens, blockchain, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you enjoy engaging with people, listening, and guiding them.Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities, with a customer‐centric mindset.Self‐motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‐paced startup‐like environment.Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape.Native Italian and fluent English.
Nice to have
Short experience in customer‐facing roles (retail, customer care, telco, digital services).Experience in customer support or help desk activities.Background or studies in economics, digital fields, fintech, or tech.General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.Knowledge of an additional language (Russian, Mandarin Chinese) is a considered plus.
