We are looking for a Sales Account to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Milan, Italy. You will work with innovative security systems and develop your B2B sales expertise in a fast-growing and dynamic market.
Teltonika's Security Systems business unit delivers advanced and reliable solutions for intrusion detection, smart protection, and connected security. Our portfolio includes alarm systems, control panels, wireless sensors, communicators, and vehicle security solutions, designed to provide a unified and scalable security ecosystem for both residential and commercial applications.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Sales Account to enhance their sales capabilities, gain in-depth product knowledge, and contribute to building a modern and globally recognized security solutions business, while achieving strong financial results.
In this role, you will:
* Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.
* Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
* Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
* Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Security Systems and its products with solutions.
* Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
* Building and maintaining a CRM database.
What we expect of you:
* 2-3 years of proven excellence in a Sales Specialist/Sales Executive/Sales Representative or relevant sales role with B2B selling experience.
* Have native or highly fluent Italian and good English language skills (both spoken and written).
* Ambition to generate substantial earnings by expanding Teltonika's presence in the Italian market with innovative products.
* Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Italian Driving license.

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences. Gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €38.500 to €46.500, plus performance-based bonuses and €8/day meal vouchers.
