Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join their team, specializing in the semiconductor industry. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales, and strategies for expanding the customer base.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance goals.
3. Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share in the semiconductor sector.
4. Identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
5. Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
6. Collaborating with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
7. Staying updated on market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
8. Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
9. Presenting sales pitches to key clients, maintaining client relationships, and closing deals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have sales experience in semiconductors or related industries, with a strong understanding of electronic components, supply chains, and technical sales. Prior roles in B2B sales, distribution, or OEM partnerships are highly beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have a strong understanding of semiconductor products, market dynamics, and supply chains. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a results-oriented mindset is required. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize strategies is also important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations is expected.
