Job Overview:
* Support the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing plans
* Create impactful, compliant promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Analyse market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform positioning
* Support product launch planning and implementation
* Develop engaging educational and promotional content for healthcare professionals
To be successful:
* 3–5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand support, or commercial roles
* Strong understanding of healthcare markets and customer needs
* Ability to translate scientific data into clear, compelling marketing messages
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Exposure to ophthalmology or specialty care markets is advantageous
* Fluent in English and Italian
