Based in our office in Carpi (Modena), we are looking for a Account Manager, Mass Market to join our team and drive performance across key distribution channels.
This position represents an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of the wholesale strategy across Mass Market. The role will play a key part in maximizing revenue, optimizing stock monetization, and ensuring brand consistency across all distribution channels.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales performance and key KPIs (revenue, margin, sell-in, stock clearance)
Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities
Lead and coordinate the Key Account Management team, setting priorities, targets, and action plans
Develop commercial plans aligned with brand positioning and overall business objectives
Oversee stock management and liquidation strategies in collaboration with Planning and Merchandising teams
Lead key negotiations and manage strategic wholesale accounts
Ensure consistency of brand positioning across all distribution channels, with particular focus on off-price environments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Identify new business opportunities to optimize stock monetization
Prepare regular reports and provide performance insights to the Director Mass Market
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale roles within apparel and/or footwear
Proven experience managing off-price, mass market, or similar distribution channels
Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics and multi-channel distribution strategies
Solid analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance management
Experience in stock management and inventory optimization
Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
