Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with fashion brands, working closely with style and product departments to propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Client Portfolio Management: Consolidate strategic relationships with key brands, focusing on dynamics between style and product departments.
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer network, and promote the company's offer effectively.
* Technical and Creative Consulting: Provide advisory support, proposing high-value-added solutions to respond to clients' stylistic and technical needs.
Requirements
* 6-10 years of experience in commercial roles within textile, yarn, fashion, or related industrial contexts.
* Solid experience in B2B customer management, with excellent relational skills.
* Good understanding of style and product department operations in fashion companies.
* Demonstrated negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
* Good English language skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
* Frequent travel availability both in Italy and abroad.
