The Phygital Designer will create various kinds of assets and artworks for a wide range of projects, going from digital applications to prints, retails, and event setups. Closely collaborating with the team of designers, the ideal candidate will support and actively work on the development of concepts, visualizations and executive, giving a high-quality boost to achieve fresh and contemporary projects. With a keen eye for detail, will help in all design phases, taking care of the projects from the beginning to the very end. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop ideas, concepts and experiences for a wide range of global brands. /li liThink, design and develop spaces and activities (events, retail, exhibitions, corporate) /li liWork closely with the design and management team, from brief to final delivery. /li liWork on assets, mockups, and presentations to design and support the entire project. /li liIdeate and design spaces, merchandising, digital and print materials being able to respect existing brand guidelines if provided. /li liOversee production activities, including vendor sourcing, supplier coordination, and on-site supervision during events and activations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years of experience as a product / retail / interior / phygital designer, or similar. /li liThink creatively and work comfortably with a wide range of professionals in the design industry. /li liAdvanced knowledge of visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). /li liKnowledge of 2D / 3D design / render software (such as Rhino, Cinema 4D, Blender, Autocad etc). /li liConfident in working with existing brand guidelines to enhance and develop a reflective brand identity. /li liHigh level of precision and autonomy, with a keen eye for details. /li liAble to work under pressure and on tight deadlines. /li liOpen-minded, flexible and able to work with people effectively at all levels. /li liExperience in determining visual design preferences and meeting deadlines. /li liGreat ability to collaborate on visual design projects and integrate feedback. /li liOutstanding communication skills to maintain effective working relations with a wide range of internal and external contacts. /li /ul h3Plus Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of UI programs such as Figma. /li liStrong passion for design-driven projects. /li liInterest and curiosity about new media, art and innovation. /li liMotion design skills. /li liWritten and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ul h3Approach Attitude /h3 pCircular is a privately held company focused on progressive, sustainable growth and we are looking for someone that shares our vision and approach.
