What you´ll do
* Lead Trade marketing and Category Management Team to craft local channels and customers strategy, consistency with the Company vision and key objectives
* Translate Brands plans into compelling channels strategies by category, delivering annual Channels Plans
* Steer categories and channels plans by taking into account brands strategies, shopper insights, market data, channels dynamics and knowledge as well as customers objectives
* Define prioritization of investment among categories, initiatives and channels
* Develop category promo strategy ensuring consistency among different channels and subchannels and alignment to overall business goals
* Set promo initiatives goals, defining KPIs, track results, deriving learning to inform future decisions and activities Lead category management initiatives that foster shopper education and category growth
* Manage consumer journey by ensuring effective and innovative initiatives to drive consideration and conversion
* Manage Trade Marketing team, providing coaching, upskilling and people development
* Coordinate Application Engineering team to move forward the company strategic agenda in terms of Consumer and Customer centricity
What makes you a good fit
* Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing
* At least 10 years of experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing/Sales preferably in the FMCG industry
* Experience in managing, developing and coaching people
* Strong data analysis skills
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in English and Italian
