Barista Part‑Time (5th Level)
Frosinone, Lazio, Italy – Company: JR Italy – Client / Employer: Randstad Italia.
Position: Barista at Randstad Italia Specialty Hospitalty and Food, operating in an elegant coffee shop environment.
Location: Milano.
Contract: Direct insertion into the company with a fixed‑term contract at 5th level of the applicable collective agreement.
Hours: Part‑time 30 hours per week, spread over 5 days, from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00–19:00.
Responsabilità
As a Barista, you will welcome customers and create a pleasant, professional atmosphere. Your main responsibilities include:
* Preparing coffee, hot and cold drinks according to company standards.
* Managing cash and transactions, ensuring precision and accuracy.
* Customer service with a courteous and helpful approach, handling requests and providing a positive experience.
* Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workspace, including counters and equipment.
* Ensuring availability and proper presentation of products on the counter.
Competenze
Requirements:
* Minimum prior experience as a barista, preferably in high‑level settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong disposition for public contact.
* Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Precision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled by the company.
