Our division is currently looking for a: /ppstrongCOMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS MANAGER /strong /ppReporting to the strongHead of Commercial Operations /strong within the kdc/one home care division, the role is responsible for leading the analysis of commercial performance metrics, developing strategic insights and reports, ensuring the alignment between sales execution and broader business objectives and the optimization of commercial processes and tools, in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT and Top Management, ultimately fostering the maximization of the division’s performance targets. /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliOversee the continuous tracking and analysis of the division’s sales performance across key metrics (e.g., volume, pricing, margins, pipeline), with the aim of translating data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial effectiveness, combining a proactive analysis of evolving needs with response to specific analytical requests. /liliAct as a key liaison between Commercial, Finance and Top Management teams to ensure cohesive planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. /liliAct as a key contributor to high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and shareholders, by developing fact-based narratives that can demonstrate alignment of commercial performance and SLS division’s positioning against official growth targets and broader market dynamics over defined timeframes. /liliLead the design, implementation, and optimization of commercial analytics tools and processes, ensuring seamless and holistic data accessibility and usability for commercial teams and top management and enhancing the organization’s ability to act on insights quickly and effectively.
