Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world._ JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Brand Manager is the key owner of the brand/portfolio both on business and marketing plan side. He/she will contribute to build marketing plans, from ideation to implementation, starting from annual target definition (volumes, net sales, AUR, distribution, productivity etc ) to the final delivery of the full marketing and trade marketing plan BBM will deep dive business results and commercial strategies to maximize brand performances in the Italian market, building sales budgets in alignment with commercial teams and monitor business trends. This role is the main point of contact among different teams (both corporate and local), such as Product, Brand Management and Trade Marketing for daily activities, as well as E-commerce and regional Business Brand Managers for visibility plan implementation. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: - Business Management: - Monitor business results and develop specific actions. Evaluate absolute and relative performance - in terms of sales volume, market share, brand awareness, image, competitive activity, advertising and promotion etc. - for own area of responsibility. - Propose and agree with Marketing Director corrective actions and alternative brand strategies / plans / distribution/ pricing required to improve brand performance and achieve objectives; - Identify new trends and customer / consumer needs which translate into business development opportunities and propose actions accordingly; - Responsible for budgetary compliance and for setting and achieving profit and volume objectives for assigned brands / product / channel of trade - Contribute to the development of marketing strategies (media, trade marketing, training, pr, events, promotions) objectives and budget for assigned products/brands, including brand promotion and implementation strategies. - Training and Product Management: - Deliver training for field and customer service personnel on brand/product introductions or enhancements, as well as new marketing/sales campaigns. - Oversee the analysis of product performances and provide feedback of ideal assortments to salesforce for different channel of trade - Drive the product selection and best assortment for assigned brands based on product performances and market trend analysis - Collect feedback on new collections and discuss with corporate product teams - Trade Marketing Management: - Create ad hoc full year plan pushing seasonal and permanent trade marketing tools. - Define rationales for material distribution and monitor specific TMK projects. - Define in alignment with Trade Marketing team visibility calendars (High Visibility projects, La Rinascente, Super Trade Light visibility, Digital monobrand, Tailor made executions) - Involving Key Stakeholders: - Communicate to other Managers and Directors, information on brand performance, competitor activity, market trends and latest developments as to effectively support strategic decision making - Collaborate with Sales Managers for monitoring, planning and execution of portfolio strategies NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: Commercial Teams (Director, Area Manager and Sales Account) Trade Marketing Team & In Store Specialists, Business Intelligence team, Leonardo training team.
