Job Overview:
* Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
* Conduct regional market analysis, focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors’ activities, and performance of key distributors and installers.
* Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each.
* Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
* Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches.
* Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and organizational input to shape product strategy and roadmap in the PV module segment.
* Engage with industry players to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.
* Develop proposals for customer tenders, ensuring technical and commercial optimization.
* Identify new market segments and opportunities for product expansion.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align on product delivery and schedules.
* Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams for product launches and rollouts.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
* Proven sales and business development skills.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and customer needs.
* Ability to define product guidelines and see initiatives through.
* Understanding of financial reports, budgets, and expenditures.
* Sales-driven, proactive, and competitive mindset.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
* Proficiency in English and the local language.
