Key Responsibilities
* Establish a channel system in Italy, encompassing agents, secondary KA and OEM customers.
* Develop market strategies and optimize distributor systems to ensure channel inventory supply.
* Foster profitability among partners and maintain market order.
* Formulate sales plans, quarterly or annually, aligned with company requirements and goals.
* Ensure accurate regional sell-in and sell-out management for precise sales forecasts.
Qualifications and Experience
* A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related fields is preferred. Relevant experience in personal care, kitchen appliances, pet products, and other industries is advantageous.
* More than five years of local work experience, with a deep understanding of the Italian market and successful integrated marketing stories.
* Strong ability to withstand pressure, excellent market development and sales capabilities, and past experience working deeply in similar roles.
* Good interpersonal skills and resource development abilities, along with team leadership and project development experience.
