The role involves : Ensuring constant monitoring of the commercial objectives for the assigned area. Maintaining an adequate oversight of the sales network, identifying appropriate development actions. Supporting and motivating sales points in their area to promote the offered services. Providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to aid the development of the assigned points of sale. Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable points of sale for the operators' services. The ideal candidates will have : Significant experience in the Telecommunications / Energy sector. A strong focus on achieving objectives. The ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment. Leadership and guiding skills. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
