In EMEA, we're writing the next chapter of our story, and we're looking for ambitious people to help us build it. ROLE OVERVIEW This is not a maintenance role - it's a growth role. As EMEA Sales Manager - you'll be at the forefront of expanding our client\'s presence in some of Europe's most dynamic pet food markets. Your mission? To turn opportunity into momentum. That means identifying and empowering the right distributors, opening doors with influential retailers, and ensuring our products - and brand - earn the visibility they deserve. You'll be an ambassador in the field, shaping how our client\'s brand is experienced by retailers, distributors, vets, breeders, and pet parents alike. WHAT YOU WILL BE DRIVING Opening New Markets You'll spot opportunities others miss - identifying the right distributors, negotiating smart agreements, and setting them up for success. Bringing Our Brand to Retail Shelves From regional chains to independent pet shops, you\'ll build partnerships that secure shelf space and visibility. Every listing you win is another pet owner discovering our brand. Championing Brand Advocacy Vets, breeders, and retailers will see you not just as a sales contact but as a trusted partner. You\'ll spark advocacy by connecting people to the quality and purpose behind our products. Shaping Strategy with Insights You won\'t just react to the market - you\'ll read it. By spotting trends, tracking competitors, and sharing insights, you\'ll influence how our brands grow across EMEA. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Our products are visible and growing in priority markets. Distributor partnerships that deliver real, measurable results. Retailers who see our brand as a must-have on their shelves. Breeders and vets who actively recommend our products. A reputation within our organisation as someone who builds trust, drives growth, and always delivers. THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience & Skills Min. 5 years in sales or business development, ideally in pet food, animal health, or FMCG. Comfortable managing both distributors and direct retail accounts. Negotiation savvy, commercially sharp, and able to spot growth opportunities. Fluent in English and ideally with a working knowledge in another key European language. Mindset & Behaviour You're a builder, not a caretaker. Entrepreneurial, curious, and never satisfied with the status quo. You thrive on autonomy but know how to collaborate across cultures. You're resilient, adaptable, and energised by the unpredictability of fast growth. Above all, you're passionate about pets and the difference the right nutrition can make.
