Join to apply for the Product Manager role at Microsoft The Microsoft Intune Product Group is on a mission to manage the world’s devices and apps simply and securely. Within Intune’s Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) organization, the Customer Acceleration Team (CAT) partners with our most strategic enterprise customers to accelerate adoption, resolve critical blockers, and shape the future of device and app management. CAT is the bridge between customer reality and product innovation. We co-create with customers, translate insights into product priorities, and prototype tomorrow’s scenarios today. This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of customers, engineering, and AI-driven innovation. This role places you at the heart of Microsoft Intune’s product journey. As a CAT PM, you will work with our most trusted customers, accelerate adoption of MDM and MAM, and directly influence the future of the product. You are a core part of engineering and partnering with, field, and research teams to prototype, experiment, and scale innovation, ensuring Intune continues to lead in enterprise device and app management. MSFTSECURITY CXESECURITY Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers adopting modern Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Security. Lead scenario-based design sessions with customers, shaping solutions that span Intune, Entra, Defender, and Sentinel. Support critical escalations, resolving blockers and turning one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and accelerators. Synthesize customer insights from telemetry, support cases, preview programs, and community feedback into actionable product improvements. Partner with product engineering to translate customer signals into backlog priorities and validate features in real-world environments. Rapidly prototype solutions (scripts, low-code apps, AI copilots) with customers to test and de-risk new scenarios. Develop and publish AI-ready guidance and playbooks that simplify Intune deployments and are consumable by both admins and copilots. Contribute to a culture of sharing, learning, and continuous improvement across the CAT and CxE community. Qualifications 3 years of experience in product management, customer engineering, or enterprise mobility architecture. Hands-on knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) with Microsoft Intune or equivalent platforms (e.g., Workspace ONE, MobileIron, JAMF). Strong customer engagement skills — able to lead workshops, co-create solutions, and influence executive decision-makers. Experience collaborating across multiple teams (engineering, support, field, partners) to drive outcomes. Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences. Familiarity with AI and automation (APIs, copilots, prompt engineering, low-code prototyping). Ability to rapidly prototype solutions using Figma, Copilot Studio, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools. Comfort interpreting customer signal data (telemetry, support, CRM, forums) to identify trends and opportunities. Knowledge of cross-cloud security scenarios (e.g., Intune Entra ID, Intune Defender, Intune Sentinel). Growth mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and iterating based on customer feedback. Other Requirements Note: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
