Description: Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Execution: - Support the development and execution of brand activation plans for the Italian market. - Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide branding initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand plans align with business goals. Brand Positioning and Messaging: - Help define brand positioning and tailor messaging for different customer segments. - Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and channels. - Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for message approval. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions: - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness. - Contribute to digital and social media marketing efforts. - Track campaign performance and share insights for continuous improvement. Product Launches and Brand Support: - Support the planning and rollout of new product launches. - Help manage the brand’s lifecycle in collaboration with the wider marketing team. - Coordinate with the sales team to provide promotional tools and training materials. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building: - Build positive relationships with internal teams, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Represent the brand at relevant industry events and meetings when needed. - Work closely with the commercial team to gather feedback and align marketing efforts. Reporting and Analysis: - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand activities. - Assist with brand health tracking and share regular updates with management. - Support budget management and resource planning for marketing initiatives. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. - Around 3-5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar marketing role. Experience in healthcare and medical devices is a plus. - Strong understanding of brand principles and marketing fundamentals. - Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels. - Good analytical and organizational skills. - Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills. - Experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams is a plus. - Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Sales experience or close collaboration with sales teams is beneficial.
