PThe Commercial Director, OM EMEA is responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue, profit performance, and market share penetration of the hotel. /ph3What will I be doing? /h3pThe Commercial Director, OM EMEA develops and executes a comprehensive commercial strategy across all segments and channels to enhance revenue, profit, and market share in the EMEA region. This role involves supporting various teams including Revenue Management, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, eCommerce, and Public Relations, while collaborating effectively with support teams. Responsibilities include sharing FB commercial activities with relevant managers, developing teams, and acting as a key business partner to the Hotel General Manager. /ppThe role ensures strategic alignment for all revenue streams, maximizing system utilization to generate the highest revenue possible from all spaces and departments. The Commercial Director leads, coaches, recruits, and retains talent, manages performance, and evaluates team members against KPIs, working within a 4D structure on property.
