You will own the Italian market, leading a team of Account Executives across key industry verticals and driving large, complex AI solution deals with blue‑chip enterprises. /p pThis is a senior leadership position combining hands‑on sales execution with team management: you will both close your own strategic accounts and build, coach, and scale a high‑performing AE team covering Aerospace Defence, Automotive, Finance, Energy, and beyond. The role offers direct exposure to C‑level clients, a genuinely differentiated technology, and a fast‑growing organisation at the frontier of AI and quantum computing. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Sales leadership team management /h3 ul liBuild, lead, and mentor a team of Account Executives across multiple industry verticals in Italy. /li liSet individual and team revenue targets; drive consistent quota attainment and pipeline health. /li liDefine scalable sales processes, coaching frameworks, and a performance culture grounded in data. /li liLead by example — remain personally involved in strategic deals and key client relationships. /li /ul h3Revenue generation enterprise sales /h3 ul liOwn the Italy PL and deliver against annual revenue targets ($20M+ equivalent contribution expected). /li liDrive enterprise consultative sales of CompactifAI to large corporates and Fortune 500 companies. /li liManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value engineering, proposal, negotiation, closure, and expansion. /li liBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline of complex, long‑cycle deals (€300K to multi‑million euro range). /li /ul h3Client engagement C-level relationships /h3 ul liEngage C‑level and senior decision‑makers (CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, Head of Innovation) as a trusted advisor. /li liTranslate complex AI and quantum technology into clear business value propositions tailored to each client’s strategic priorities. /li liPosition Multiverse as a long‑term strategic partner, not a software vendor. /li liRepresent Multiverse at key industry events in Italy (Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, AI). /li /ul h3Go-to‑market cross‑functional collaboration /h3 ul liDefine and execute the Italy GTM strategy across target verticals, in alignment with EMEA commercial direction. /li liCollaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, RD, and Marketing to shape POCs, proposals, and competitive positioning. /li liFeed customer insights back into the product roadmap and EMEA strategy. /li liMaintain rigorous CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and data‑driven pipeline management. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. /li li15+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 7 years in a senior sales leadership role (Director, VP, or equivalent). /li liMinimum 5 years of experience selling AI, SaaS, data, or cloud solutions — direct AI selling experience is mandatory. /li liProven track record of building, scaling, and leading high‑performing sales teams. /li liDemonstrated success closing large enterprise deals (€300K–multi‑million), with experience managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles. /li liStrong consultative selling skills; ability to prospect, qualify, and manage C‑level relationships in regulated and complex enterprise environments. /li liAnalytical and data‑driven; comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline forecasting, and performance metrics. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset — hands‑on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior executives. /li liFluent Italian (essential) and professional English (essential). /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMBA combined with a technical degree in Science or Engineering. /li liUnderstanding of advanced AI technologies (LLMs, model compression, inference optimisation) or quantum computing, ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively. /li liEstablished network and experience in one or more target verticals: Aerospace Defence, Automotive, Finance, Energy Manufacturing. /li liExperience launching new products or expanding into new markets in a startup or scale‑up context. /li liOther European Languages. /li /ul h3Perks Benefits /h3 ul liWork at the forefront of AI, quantum computing, and deep‑tech innovation. /li liSigning Bonus and competitive Commission structure /li liShape transformative enterprise AI initiatives with global impact. /li liJoin a highly international, collaborative, and fast‑growing team. /li liContribute directly to cutting‑edge technology with real‑world business impact. /li /ul pAs an equal opportunity employer, Multiverse Computing is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
