This dedicated training and development path will be held for the first few months at our headquarters in bCernusco sul Naviglio (MI) /b, designed to provide you with both deep technical expertise and essential soft skills. /p pYou will be trained to: /p ul liTake bcommercial responsibility /b for direct customers in your assigned area, focusing on Industrial Hydraulic technologies. /li liYou will be supported in analyzing bmarket data /b and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans. /li liBuild a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth. /li liBe involved in bsales negotiations /b and provide support throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases. You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs — including turnover and margins — by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty. /li liUnderstand bmarket needs and trends /b to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions.
