As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the trusted technical partner for our customers across Europe, with a strong focus on Italy. In close collaboration with our Sales, Application Development, and Product Management teams, you will lead the technical dimension of customer projects, from concept to mass production, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
You lead the technical opportunity pipeline in tandem with the Account Manager, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You ensure efficient execution of customer projects, from concept phase to industrialization .
You promote innovative applications and product launches at targeted accounts, working closely with Application Development and Product Managers.
You manage the technical relationship with customers, coordinating internal support functions (Application Center, CAE(simulation), testing, etc.).
You provide technical data, simulation results, and testing insights to customers.
You deliver technical training and contribute to the preparation of technical sales kits.
You maintain a high level of product and process expertise and contribute to market intelligence by sharing insights on customer and competitor activities.
You hold a Master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering, ideally with a focus on plastics or plastics processing. You speak fluently in English and Italian.
You have at least 3 years of experience in plastic processing (e.g., injection molding).

This role is located in Italy and it can be fully remote from home or located in one of our facilities (Cesano Moderna or Arco).
