As such you will leverage store visits to build a capabilities developmental culture, providing coaching, punctual feedback and fostering team spirit, collaboration and motivation. You will also collaborate with the Regional Director and HR in the recruiting and selection of shop professionals. /p pbResources and workforce planning /b: based on territory analysis you will ensure optimal area coverage in terms of resources and staffing to reach the highest performance levels.
