We're currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer to spearhead our expansion efforts in Italy. At IXON, we connect machines with their builders. We are at the forefront of revolutionising the way machines are connected, monitored and controlled. By providing an end-to-end solution, consisting of our in-house developed cloud platform and connectivity hardware, we empower machine builders with the tools and technology to stay future-proof and transform the way they do business. All with one goal: more efficient production with the lowest possible impact on the world. This is what energises youBecoming an IXON Business Developer requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for developing your own region. You will report directly to Simone Ferriani and work with a high degree of autonomy. The primary focus of this role is the acquisition of new customers.Within this role, your core responsibilities include:New Customer Acquisition: Identifying and profiling the remaining machine builders in the region and executing sales strategies to win new business.Independent Management: Taking full ownership of your territory, making your own decisions, and setting priorities with a mature work ethic.Extensive Travel: Being frequently on the road to meet prospects and builders across Central and Southern Italy.Remote Collaboration: Operating effectively in a fully remote setup while maintaining strong communication with the HQ and the Revenue Pillar.This makes you successful You are a perfect fit with the pioneering spirit of our organization. You are not afraid to take initiative and are comfortable being the first dedicated point of contact for a growing region.Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical or industrial environm
