SALES MANAGER
Profile:
•Project management skills
•Strong customer management skills
•Building and developing business and product revenues in the assigned market
•Maximize sales growth in line with strategy and objectives.
•Development and implementation of business plans
•Execution of sales force strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Develop detailed business plan
•Enable account plans to influence product awareness, adoption and formulary inclusions by focusing on KOL, Specialist Departments, Pharmacy, Purchasing.
•Maximize profitability of the team by ensuring brand objectives and all customer requirements/ needs are reached. Maintain an effective tracking of activities through the ETMS and provide monthly reports on the agreed KPIs. Prepare periodic gap analysis to ensure project goals are on-track.
•Liaison with and “adding value” to customers by attending customer meetings and providing feedback, both written and verbal, on the performance of the project.
•Ensure quality and consistency of the assigned Team.
•Ability to manage a team.
•Organize and hold group events maximizing the amount of business that can be generated from them, including attendance at meetings/ conferences at both local and international level. Share experiences, ideas and techniques in order to improve Team performance and effectiveness.
•Scientific Degree (D.L. 219/06);
•Previous field experience with hospital targets (oncology is preferred therapeutic area)
•Fluency in English is mandatory.
