If you want to grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of Ice Cream, this is the place for you! /p h3Job Purpose /h3pWe are looking for an Ice Cream National Account Manager that is responsible for developing and executing channel plans, coordinating internal teams, and managing commercial relationships with the customer. The National Account Manager will be also responsible for 1 direct report. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPeople Coordination: Coordinate and guide the team involved in commercial execution, ensuring alignment across field teams and internal functions. /liliNegotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations /liliPlanning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress /liliSales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the commercial expansion of the discount channel. /liliPromotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed /liliCustomer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements /liliClient retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients /liliCustomer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly /liliInternal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams /li /ul h3What You Need To Succeed /h3ulliExperience in managing people /liliStrong result orientation /liliExcellent interpersonal skills /liliProactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality /liliProblem solving and flexible reasoning /liliDynamism /liliAbility to work in a team /liliBachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines /liliMinimum 6/8 years of experience in the sales business /li /ul h3What You Can Expect /h3ulliA unique mix of global scale start-up spirit—€7.9 bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
