Your Role & Responsibilities
We seek a talented Digital Customer Engagement Manager to impact our SAP projects. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
* Managing customer onboarding and transition processes.
* Overseeing service and project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
* Handling critical customer situations and collaborating with incident management teams.
* Supporting customer release, maintenance activities, and technical requirements throughout the lifecycle.
* Engaging in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinating with SAP stakeholders and customer success partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Reviewing account status and advising on account transitions based on growth and complexity.
* Ensuring systematic onboarding and training documentation for new associates.
* Facilitating ongoing knowledge transfer and refresher sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
Required skills include:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis expertise, with hands-on experience in HANA databases.
* Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).
* Knowledge of SaaS integrations (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) is a plus.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Proficiency in Italian (native or C2 level) and English (B2 or higher).
Work Experience
* 5-6 years in multinational IT/software organizations.
* At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
* 2+ years of cloud experience.
