Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive commercial results across Central and Southern Italy by growing the dealer network, boosting performance, and aligning sales activities with BYD’s zero‑emission mission. You will partner with dealers, finance colleagues, and the sales team to optimize funnel conversion, measure customer experience, and execute market insights. This is an opportunity to influence brand growth and sustainability at scale while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will be the BYD ambassador in your area, shaping market success and customer happiness.

- Achieve assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility
- Manage dealer funnel KPIs and implement improvement plans
- Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking
- Coordinate with Finance Partner Team to drive financial solutions adoption and action plans
- Roll out and monitor NPS surveys, acting on customer feedback
- Oversee dealer marketing activities in the region
- Serve as BYD ambassador and reference point for the local Sales Team
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on sales priorities and execution
Responsabilità
- Educational background in Business Administration or marketing‑related field
- Solid experience as Sales Manager or Retail Manager
- Experience in automotive industry or mobility services
- Strong financial knowledge
- Customer‑oriented mindset
- Excellent xlwpduy teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, proactive and resilient
- Results‑oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in English and Italian; Mandarin a plus
- Knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools
