**job Responsibilities**:
- Grow the EXENT business through commercial competence, and educate laboratory physicians/scientists, laboratory managers, procurement specialists, and service companies on the value proposition of EXENT.
- Partner with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across laboratories, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance assessments with clients to measure happiness and understand evolving needs.
- Gain, grow, and defend PDX business, closely adhering to revenue growth targets.
- Take full ownership of the EXENT sales process, from prospection and funnel management to coordinating partners' help and closing deals.
- Work closely with the Country Manager to gain business and lead existing contracts effectively.
- Proactively identify and solve problems/objections/blockages to the growth of our business.
- Stay updated on laboratory, clinical, and scientific advancements in monoclonal gammopathies, establishing yourself as an authority in the field.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and detailed approach to customer happiness.
- Handle complex situations across departments and with external team members, driving the development of study-related documents and high-standard publications.
- Manage key accounts as determined by the Management team.
- Actively contribute to the Senior Leaders Team within Sales, focusing on ongoing strategy development and budget delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare or laboratory industry.
- Strong understanding of scientific and commercial value propositions of the PDX EXENT portfolio.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex, multifaceted environments and handle ambitious demands.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with laboratory professionals and procurement specialists.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
