Alongside Assistant Store Managers, you will be responsible for optimizing sales of our assortment and managing store personnel. You will monitor turnover, organize product placement on shelves to maximize sales, and handle orders, daily cash register closing, and activity planning. You will ensure that colleagues can grow and will be personally involved in team selection. Regularly, you will discuss with the Regional Manager the sales performance and management results.
