/p pWe are looking for a professional to join our Sales team as bArea Manager /b with a permanent contract.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Milan area and will be responsible for managing business across Lombardia regions.
/p pIn the role of bArea Manager /b, you will be responsible for Spirits division portfolio performance in the region (distribution, volume execution).
Ensuring alignment on annual targets, marketing and trade marketing plans and people management strategy.
/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure annual sales plans in the region and full support of our sales agents for their growth (providing selling stories, tools and support on daily basis).
/li liManage execution of local activations and interaction with Marketing, Trade Marketing to deliver business results.
/li liCollaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Category Management Insights to strengthen brand presence and velocity on regional level.
/li liIdentify and develop new customers and commercial opportunities to achieve territory revenue goals.
/li liProvide the customer with product technical and commercial information necessary to obtain a purchase order, including but not limited to preparing proposals, making proposal presentations, and negotiating final purchase agreement price and terms.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMinimum 3 Years of Managerial Experience within Horeca Channel/On Premise (Ideal Spirits background).
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
/li liHigh Communicating Influencing, People Management and Development competencies.
