Job responsabilities
Our Operations Team Managers are a fundamental part of our business. As a leader in the business, you will maintain a seamless back of house function and support the selling teams by ensuring a clean, organized and efficient working environment, contributing to the overall store success.
You will lead and develop the operations team through:
* inspiring hands-on team management and coaching
* maintaining inventory levels and controls
* best-in-class operations management
* maintain product availability to improve efficiency and maximise client experience
* effectively managing vendor relationships
* managing all internal auditing
* improving BOH processes and monitoring your operations budget.
Profile
Your impact: we are looking for an experienced people leader with a background in retail operations, with accountability for driving and delivering full store operational and commercial results.
To ensure your success in leading our BOH function, you will also bring proven experience in identifying and leveraging business opportunities to ensure the achievement of your teams goals.
The knowledge of Italian and English is necessary to apply to the position.
